Azure DevOps Training
Azure DevOps can help your organization plan, collaborate and develop more efficiently. However, in order to achieve this your employees need to understand how DevOps works and how your organization wants to make use of it. This is where we come in. Our DevOps training is designed to provide everyone in your organization with a common ground to build upon. This is done through a deep understanding of how people learn but also of how people use and understand computer programs and interfaces.
Our training method
Azure DevOps is such a powerful tool because it can do almost anything you want it to. However, this also means that learning to use DevOps can seem like an overwhelming task. As such, when we set out to create our training program we wanted to make sure that learning to use DevOps was an easy and comfortable experience for every participant. To achieve this we decided to thoroughly analyze the capabilities of DevOps and narrow down the fundamental skills needed to participate in a team that uses DevOps. This became the basis of our certification program.
Employee Certifications
In order to make learning DevOps a great experience for all participants we divided the capabilities of DevOps into 3 different levels, each containing a subset of 1-hour courses. This ensures that participants are not overwhelmed and allows your organization to choose which employees need what level of training. At the base level is our DevOps 101 course which teaches participants the fundamental skills needed in order to participate in a DevOps-based team. The base course starts with a short presentation and then goes on to provide the participants plenty of opportunity to practice and ask questions with a DevOps expert ready at hand. This training session is then followed by a certification session with the goal of discovering and filling any potential gaps in the participants’ knowlegde. At the end of the this session participants will be certified to use DevOps at a base level. This certification allows your organization to track which employes are capable of using DevOps at what level.
